Cancellation policy

1. Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 75% refund.


2. Cancellations made within 11-14 days will receive a 50% refund.


3. Cancellations made within 6-10 days will receive a 25% refund.


4. Cancellations made within 0-5 days will not receive any refund.

Terms & Conditions

1. Checkin / Checkout time is 12:00 noon.
2. Visitors are not permitted in guest room after Mid-Night.
3. The hotel is not responsible for the safety of any valuable left in the guest room.
4. Safe deposite lockers are available free of charge with the Cashier.
5. Please do not smoke in your room as a deep cleaning surcharge of 2000 per day will apply if you do so.
6. Pre-termination is not allowed>Extensions will be subjected to availability and rate adjustments.
7. By signing on this, I hearby agree to the above reservstion details and authorize Hotel Sri Murugan to charge my credit card with the amount outstanding on my account when i check-out. I consent to this charge being made without signing the final invoice.
